Wine Blending Experience

Our Wine Blending Experience is more than your average wine tasting. Imagine being able to create your very own wine blend to your taste with the finest quality estate-grown Virginia grapes!  Our wine blending experience lets YOU become the winemaker!

In teams of four or six, you’ll get to experience the basics of wine blending. First, you’ll need to taste some wines.  Then you might need to taste them again.  Winemaker Tim Kish will share his knowledge with you on how to identify certain flavors and aromas in wine and understand what each can bring to a blend. The challenge then begins as your team experiments with different blends to create the ideal wine.

Everyone will get the chance to taste each team’s blend in a blind tasting and vote on the one they like best.  We’ll bottle the winning blend, and you’ll have the opportunity to purchase bottles from this supermicro limited run.
