It’s an early spring celebration of wine and food!
Join us for a wine and food-filled night as 868 co-owner Nancy Deliso and winemaker Tim Kish lead us through a tasting of estate-grown wines paired with a delicious menu of inspired choices. The menu for tonight’s meal includes:
- Ahi Tuna Tatar
- Spinach, Fig and Goat Cheese Salad with Champagne Vinaigrette
- Cacio De Pepe with Quail Egg
- Chicken in Creamy Chicken Scallopini with Mushrooms
- Blueberry Crème Brulee
Each course will be perfectly paired with a wine from 868. As a special treat, our dessert course will be paired with our Governor’s Cup winning 2017 Vidal Passito. Tickets are $135 per person and include all wines, the five-course dinner, applicable taxes, and gratuity. The wines served will be available for purchase at special pricing during the event.
