Elevation Club Terms and Conditions

  • One time Membership Fee of $20.00
  • Membership fee will be waived with the purchase of 2 bottles of wine on the day you sign up.
  • Three wines per shipment / winemaker selection may include any of the following:
    • Member-only wines
    • Library wines
    • Pre-release wines
    • Award-winning wines
  • After fulfilling the one-year commitment, members may cancel their membership by submitting a request in writing to 868 Estate Vineyards
  • 868 Estate Vineyards can easily ship to those who reside within the states of Virginia, Arkansas, Florida, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington DC and California.
  • If you live in a different state, we may be able to ship wine to you through our distributor, Vinoshipper.  Click HERE to find out if your state is one of the 30 additional covered by Vinoshipper.
  • If wine is not picked up before the next scheduled shipment, the selections will be shipped to you and the shipping charges will be applied to your credit card on file. Substitutions may be necessary.
  • During extreme weather conditions, we may delay your shipment in order to safeguard wine quality.
  • Member account information is stored in a secure database, and credit cards are charged once per quarter when wine is shipped or available for pickup at the winery.
  • Transactions are processed (1) week prior to the shipment and an e-mail notification will be sent with the date your credit card will be charged. A valid credit card must be maintained.
  • Shipments will be delivered via UPS.   An adult signature is required and three attempts will be made to secure delivery after which time the package will be available for pickup at the winery. Returned shipments and redelivery charges will be billed to the credit card on file.
  • An adult over the age of 21 must be available to sign for each delivery as it is illegal for our shipper to leave shipments without an adult signature.
  • Membership is restricted to adults 21 years of age or older.
